Justin,
I want to commend your company on a job well done out here at the Broward County Courthouse regarding safety. This effort was spearheaded out by one top notch superintendent Mark Hendrix. Mark displayed a great deal of professionalism while enforcing safety and setting the example for his crew. Each and every morning, Mark was the first to submit to me his JHA and other pertinent documentation that was required prior to commencing work. Production, Safety, and Quality is what I feel exemplifies an outstanding superintendent and Mark takes that personal meaning producing quality work in a safe manner. Just wanted to let you know that he is the type of leader that I want on my project team. It’s not just a job, it’s a company that he is building! Great Job Mark…..
Respectfully,
Larry Tribble
Safety Manager
Broward County Courthouse
I wanted to bring to your attention one of your guys who consistently does the “right thing” respect to safety. Paul Stewart your Lull operator. I gave him a Home Depot gift card as a token of our appreciation for “doing the right thing regarding safety. I never have to tell him to wear his PPE or his seat belt. He constantly looks out for where his load will be placed and makes sure the load is secure before it is hoisted into the building.
